PEPPER CHICKEN






Ingredients:-

  • 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies, slit
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the chicken pieces, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Saute till the onions turn translucent.

  3. Add the marinated chicken and saute for 5 minutes on medium heat.

  4. Add the green chillies and curry leaves and mix well.

  5. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.

  6. Once the chicken is cooked, turn off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Your delicious and spicy pepper chicken is now ready to serve. It can be enjoyed with rice, naan bread, or roti.
