HOW TO DO A PERFECT DOSA ;-
  
                                                MY FIRST EXPERIENCE IN MAKING DOSA WAS VERY WONDERFULL BECAUSE I DID VERY WRONG AND IT STICKED IN PAN ITSELF 
WHEN I TRIED TO TAKE DOSA FROM THE PAN IT DESTROYED I CANT SEE THE DOSA IT WAS VERY POOR

SO HOW TO MAKE PERFECT DOSA :-
                                                                 PAN SHOULD BE IN MEDIUM HEAT AND BATTER NEED TO BE SPREAD EUQALLY ALL SIDES LIKE ROUND SHAPE AND POUR SOME OIL OR GHEE IN IT AND AFTER IT COOKED TAKE IT FROM THE PAN IF THE PAIN IS SO HEAT POUR SOME WATER AND COOL IT AFTER THAT POUR THE BATTER IN THE PAN
